My Role: Web designer Web developer Information architect Database administrator Back to portfolio	Special Order Systems (SOS) helps organizations choose and use advanced communications technology to serve customers better, work smarter, and increase profits. SOS is a nationwide expert in voice and data solutions for business, including Voice over IP (VoIP). I worked with Business Communications Group (www.bizcomgrp.com) on a complete redesign and reorganization of their existing website. The new content was provided by Business Communications Group, and together we constructed a new information architecture. Following this phase, I created a clean, professional design they had been lacking and was solely responsible for the development of the new website. An important feature of the site is online registration for frequent webinars and off-site seminars. In addition, SOS has a multitude of offers available from their website, such as educational PDFs and business tools, which are accessible once the user submits his contact information.
